Top right:

Lemon yoghurt with weat berries, raspberries and mango

Serves 4

Divide 6 dl/2 1/2 cup of cooked cold wheat berries into 4 bowls. Mix 2 1/2 dl/1 cup of Greek yoghurt with the zest of 1 organic lemon and 1 tbsp of runny honey. Add 1 cubed mango and 2 dl/3/4 cup of raspberries in the bowls and top with the lemon yoghurt. Serve with more honey on the side if desired.

 

Middle:

Millet yoghurt with berries and roasted hazlenuts

Serves 4

Cook 2 dl/3/4 cup of millet flakes according to the package and let cool. Mix 2 dl/3/4 cup of Greek yoghurt with 1/2 tsp ground vanilla, 2 tbsp runny honey and the cooked millet. Divide into 4 bowls. Top with 2 dl/3/4 cup sliced strawberries, 2 dl/3/4 cup blueberries and 4 tbsp of chopped roasted hazelnuts.

 

Bottom:

Blackberry Smoothie Bowl

Serves 4

In a blender mix 2 1/2 dl/1 cup of frozen blackberries and 2 bananas with 2 cups of yoghurt. Season with 1/2 tsp ground cardamom. Divide 2 dl/3/4 cup cooked cold grains of your choice, for example wheat berries, spelt or quinoa in 4 bowls. Pour the smoothie over and top with more blackberries, grated coconut and nuts or seeds of your choice.
